Transfer of Equity

A Transfer of Equity is the legal process of adding or removing someone from the ownership or title deeds of a property. At least one of the original owners will remain the same and it may or may not involve an exchange of money. There are many reasons why you might chose a transfer of equity ranging from the breakdown of a relationship or for tax purposes.
